NOVEMBER 2021 at the SALON

This month the Doc Salon teams up with Video Consortium Pittsburgh for an outdoor event at the incomparable Carrie Furnace.  VCPGH is the Pittsburgh chapter of a global network of video journalists and nonfiction filmmakers.  It meets quarterly, and this fall they've collected new documentaries and trailers from Pittsburgh and the Rust Belt and Appalachian regions. There will be plenty of food and drink, and for the technically-inclined, some new camera gear to check out from equipment sponsor Resolution Rentals.

The program concludes with a Tony Buba premiere, "Winter 1984".

Admission is $15, but Salon Members get in free.  Not a paid member yet?  Click here (regular membership) or here (student/low-income).

To get your ticket, RSVP anytime until midnight the night before.

Saturday, November 6  6-9p
Carrie Furnace, in Rankin, PA
